摘要利用1994和1995两年广东省杂交稻区域性试验资料以及1995和1996两年全国?型杂交晚稻区域性试验资料，通过t检验、变异系数和回归系数分别对特优524和对照种（汕优63 、汕优桂33 ）的丰产性、稳定性和适应性进行分析和比较，结果表明：特优524的丰产性、适应性均明显地优于对照种，而稳定性则次于汕优63 ，但好于汕优桂33 ，是一个较为理想的迟熟高产杂交稻新组合。
